Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes! All of our items are true to size. If you're ever unsure, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you find the perfect fit for your little one.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days once processed.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST Monday–Thursday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST Monday–Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Custom T-Shirts

Do you offer custom t-shirts?
Yes! We offer custom t-shirts for all ages — toddlers, kids, and adults. Every piece is printed, pressed, and designed right here by us.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders may take a little longer to process depending on the size of the order. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!

How do I place a custom order?
It's easy! Simply visit our main page and select the Custom T-Shirt option. From there, choose your preferred color and enter your design ideas in the notes section at checkout. You can also visit our Contact page if you have any questions before or after placing your order — we're happy to help! Please be sure to be on the look out for updates on your order in your email address. We like to give live updates to ensure you are satisfied with our progress. It is our mission to get orders out as quickly as possible, so if we do not hear from you in a timely fashion we'll assume you to be satisfied with your order. Any exchange may not be warranted.

How should I wash my JJ N Play Co. items?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing in cold water and drying on low to medium heat. This helps preserve the print and fabric quality for longer.
