At JJ N Play Co., we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping details below so you know what to expect.

Processing Times

All orders are processed based on the following schedule:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday–Thursday will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Monday–Thursday will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom t-shirt orders may require additional processing time depending on the size and complexity of the order. We will keep you updated with live progress on your order via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox!
